The "No Legalese" Version

We're going to be 100% honest with you. Most privacy policies are written to cover a corporation's back. This one is written to tell you exactly what's happening.

Here is the short version: We sell a software tool usually for a one-time fee ($39.99). Because we charge for our product, we don't need to sell your data, track you across the internet, or do anything creepy to make money. You are the customer, not the product.

1. What We Collect

We collect the bare minimum needed to make the app work:

• Your Identity: If you sign up, we verify your email so we know it's you.
• Your Work: We store the SVG files and animation projects you save so you can access them later. This data is locked in our database (Supabase) and is only accessible by you.
• Payment Info: We use a secure third-party processor (like Stripe). We never see or store your credit card number. We just get a "success" message so we can upgrade your account.

2. How We Store Your Data

We use Supabase, an industry-standard secure backend provider. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We don't run our own servers in a basement; we use infrastructure that powers huge companies to ensure your data is safe.

3. Cookies

We use cookies for one thing only: to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking pixels to follow you around Facebook or Google.

4. Third Parties

We don't share your data with anyone, except the services absolutely necessary to run the app (like Supabase for database and Vercel for hosting). We will never sell your email list to marketers.

5. Your Rights

It's your data. If you want to delete your account and all your projects, you can do that. If you want a copy of your data, just ask.
